What is your story? If all we tell are the facts, the story is likely to be pretty dull. It would not have much impact on the thinking, opinions and actions of the reader. Oprah first learned about Heritage Makers because of one 

Heritage Makers consultant who wanted to make a difference in the lives of others. Brenda Kruse, an independent consultant from Iowa, made a storybook celebrating the life of Oprah’s beloved dog, Gracie. Oprah loved the book so much that she personally called Brenda to thank her for the book and to let Brenda know that she was passing the storybook idea on to her editors at O Magazine. I love what I do.  I would do it for free because it is an integral part of my life’s mission.  I just came back from Anaheim, California, home to the happiest place on earth, but I think my Heritage Studio is the happiest place on earth.  It’s the place where I write my stories in the present, create permanent records that pass MY values on to future generations,  and link my children with their past so they know who they are and where they came from.  It’s a place where I am creative.  Do you know what creativity means?  It means bringing something into existence that wasn’t there before.  Pictures without stories are memories lost.  Without stories, there is no heritage.  Is there something that you need to start creating today?
